Parent Satisfaction

The Speech Language Pathology Department actively seeks feedback about our services.

Parent surveys are mailed and the results are analyzed by the department manager. The comments and suggestions are carefully reviewed with each speech therapist so improvements can be made in our therapy programs.

Survey Results & Statistics

In 2010-2011, the overall parent satisfaction ratings for the Speech Language Pathology Department were 4.58 on a 5 point rating scale. There were no negative comments.

Parent expectations were met or exceeded on 100% of the surveys.

The Speech Language Pathology Department continues to look for ways to provide even better service to our community.
